hello I'm Taz Harris

An engineer most my career. degrees in Computer Electronics, Professional Aeronautics, and Business Administration. United States Navy Aviation Electronics Technician.Field Service Engineer, Quality/Corrosion Control Engineer, Production Supervisor to Entrepreneur. I did Customer Service, Fast Food, Retail, Fitness, and Insurance as second jobs or when I transitioning out of industry.

Work life was always something I could learn. I thought that knowing my shit was enough and was quite bitter when I realized it wasn’t. Office politics whipped my ass for a good 10 to 15 years. When I finally learned how to play there was no stopping me. I can start as a contractor and be in the running for first line supervisor within 5 years.
That was right about when my rebellion began. I started quitting jobs, getting fired,no longer the first one in and last to leave. Corporate life seemed to be just as restricting as the life I had been living at home. I was checking off all the boxes but not the least bit satisfied. Something had to change. Oddly I found that helping people was as fulfilling as fixing machines. Helping people regardless of productivity or efficiency fed an entirely different demon. The one that keeping me alive!

I am a social butterfly. Love to be in the mix.I belong to a few social groups and a nonprofit that encourages female empowerment and assist young women with real life challenges.

I’ve been sober since 2011 but still high energy with a need to network. Most of my friendships are lifelong.

I am active in the lifestyle community and several groups. They are my extended family and we are always celebrating something or travelling somewhere.

I also have a special group of friends in my Narcotics Anonymous.

Photography is another love of mine. I’m super creative behind that camera. I enter a lot contest and even have a fan page.

All my other groups are astrology groups. This is my friendship sphere and what/who all it encompasses.

I come from large family of predominantly women. Married 23 years, all sons,(28, 28, 21, 4) a grandson (9)and grand daughter.(1)

I am a city girl in a country world and family is where it all begins. Our Legacy has Panamanian and African American roots, Korean, Caucasian, and German branches.

My parents wed early and my father was in the Army. We moved around a lot but for the core of my youth I was raised in Bronx New York. I too started my family quite young but without a husband. I met my husband after joining the Navy. We were married and expecting by the time I got out.Although early on we moved a lot we raised the boys in Texas mainly. They both graduated from same high school and my eldest started his family and business in Texas too.As my youngest began his college stage of life, along came my bonus baby. born with his sun /Venus conjunct my Ascendant(1/3) and my Sun conjunct his Jupiter(3) His Ascendant conjunct my Sun(2) and we have opposing moons(2). H is Chiron is opposite and Vertex conjunct my Venus(2) His Saturn conjunct my north node (3). He changed my life.He was supposed to. Today I am married to astrology and pending divorce. yet proud of what family I do have , that I did come from or become a part of. My Legacy is just beginning.
